Guide to Kriya Yoga
Every practice has three parts. Entry (introduction), the practice itself and conclusion or exist from the practice. We don’t simply jump in the practice. We need to get ready for it, to immerse in ourselves, to bring mind in very active state.Like in any other kinds of yoga the main thing is harmony!!! Be gentle to yourself. And especially in kriya yoga, even more than in hatha yoga as kriya yoga primarily works on finer level than hatha yoga with its static exercises.

Meditation Guided. Meditation Techniques. How to meditate for beginners?
Meditation is one of the branches of the single yoga teaching. And the goal of meditation yoga is the same as the goal of all yoga as a whole: self-exploration, acquisition of freedom from all the limiting factors. We may say that meditation is a set of tools that lets us reach the highest goal of yoga.
How start meditate?
Let's try to understand what is meditation. It is important area of yoga that is very helpful, may require some prior preparation and has several stages. Mediation is based on certain principles: the principles of our body, the principles of mind and the principles of our world. And despite the fact that the topic of meditation is rather complicated and serious, it is at the same time very close to life. Our task is to approach the theory and of course the practice of this question in such a way that each of you could consciously try this kind of yoga and get a result yourself.

Karma YOGA
Concept of Karma is very interesting. There are many misunderstandings about it, thereby it is usful to take a closer look at it. Karma itself is nothing negative or positive. It is just the law of causes ans consequences. Knowing the laws of karma considerably improves the quality of our life. Makes it more meaningful.
The topic of today's seminar is Karma Yoga. This topic is extremely interesting, extremely practical. Although at the first glance it is not quite Yoga: no one is standing on the head in this kind of yoga. So let's start in order to move closer to the concept of Karma. This term is now quite common in the West. But as often happens, it came to us from the East and got its own meaning, quite different from the real meaning of the word as implied in the teachings of the East and including Yoga.
